From Stardew Valley 1.6 | Win from the very start of your first spring

Spring Day 1: Starting from Zero

Morning (8AM-11AM)

Get Seeds — You start with 15 parsnip seeds
Clear Farmland — Chop 10-15 trees, clear 15 tiles and plant
Greet Villagers — Walk out of your house and chat with the first person you meet
Accept Quests — Check the bulletin board for "Help Wanted" quests

Late Morning (11AM-3PM)

Go to the Beach — Head toward the railroad direction, go to the beach to find Willy
Get a Fishing Rod — Willy will give you a training rod
Fish! — Fish at the seaside from 2PM until bedtime

🎣 Key on Day 1: Fishing! Once parsnips are planted, spend the rest of Day 1 fishing to earn 500-1000g.

Why Not Water on Day 1?

Parsnips take 4 days to harvest, watering on Spring 2 is still fine. The golden time on Day 1 is getting the fishing rod.

Spring Days 1-5: Earn Your First Gold

Spring 1	Plant 15 parsnips, get fishing rod, fish (goal 1000g)
Spring 2	Water crops, fish (go to mountain lake — fish are worth more there)
Spring 3	Buy more parsnip seeds (if you have money), fish
Spring 4	Harvest first parsnips, sell to Pierre
Spring 5	Go to the mines (unlock needed copper ore)

Spring Days 5-13: Prepare for Strawberries

The Strawberry Festival (Spring 13) is the most important event! One strawberry seed costs 200g — plant as many as you can.

Money Saving Route

Day 1:       Fish → about 1000g
Days 2-5:    Keep fishing + mining → about 3000g
Days 6-12:   Fishing + mining → about 5000-8000g
Spring 13:   Buy all strawberries! 100g each, buy as many as you can

Save 10,000g before Spring 13, buy 100 strawberry seeds and plant them. Each strawberry yields 4 harvests, earning at least 8000g before summer.

Spring Days 14-28: Steady Development

Spring 14-20	Harvest strawberries (every 4 days), mine to floor 30, upgrade backpack
Spring 21-24	Continue mining, fishing, earn money for summer seeds
Spring 25-28	Clear the field (remove dead crops), buy summer seeds

Spring 28 To-Do List: - ✅ Buy at least 50 blueberry seeds (80g each) - ✅ Upgrade to copper tools (at least the pickaxe) - ✅ Upgrade backpack to at least the second tier

Spring Practical Tips

What to do on rainy days:
No need to water crops! Spend the whole day mining
What to do when out of energy:
Eat foraged food (Spring Onion, Leek) found in the wild to restore energy
Eat at the saloon (too expensive, not recommended)
Save where you can:
Don't upgrade your house or build a coop early on
Spend all your money on strawberry seeds
Tool upgrade order: Watering Can > Pickaxe > Axe
Map Secrets:
Around Spring 5, go to the Secret Woods — morels will spawn there
On Spring 13, don't leave without buying strawberries! The shop closes once time passes
